What would you do? We are seeking a dynamic and young professional to join our team as an Associate / Analyst for Payment Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing payments (Wires/ACH/Cheques), perform payment repairs, investigations, reconciliations and fulfilling servicing & maintenance requests. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge in Payment operations (payments lifecycle for Cheques, Deposit Operations, Lockbox, processing and execution, reconciliation, servicing)

What are we looking for? Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). ? Experience (2-5Years) in Payment Operations, or a related role within the financial industry. ? Basic understanding of Payment products, services, and operations o Cheques/deposit operations/Lockbox o Positive Pay scrubbing, Cheque Fraud Alerts, Payment Repairs & Investigations o Maintenance & Servicing Requests - including Claims, Adjustments o Payment Service Regulations ? Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Good Communication / Presentation Skills ? Ability to quickly learn and implement changes. ? Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure

• Working Conditions ? Employee should be flexible with shifts (US Shift / Rotational Shift) and willing to extend their shift timings during the transition phase. B. Com / Accountancy background is preferred. ? Work Location: Bengaluru and work from Office only Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities: ? Responsible for executing time sensitive and critical electronic payments. ? Process physical payments (Cheques, Deposits, Lockbox), perform payment repair, investigations, reconciliations and fulfilling servicing & maintenance requests. ? Basic domain knowledge in international payment and clearing process ? Prefer client facing or client interaction experience as the process requires direct interaction with client stakeholders. ? Should be Good Team Player ? Realize responsibility and completes the task at hand and on time. ? Involves high level of critical thinking and independent decision making. ? Preferably Commerce Graduate Candidates who have experience in Payment processing. ? MS Office knowledge is mandatory.
