Audiologist

We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our Audiology team, reporting to the Key Accounts Manager. In this role, you will enable remote audiology support across our stores, improving customer access, driving conversions, and ensuring a consistent hearing care experience.

What You Will Do

• Conduct remote hearing consultations and basic hearing assessments for customers
• Guide in-store staff on hearing aid trials and fittings
• Support customer queries related to hearing solutions, and assist with product recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure proper follow-up and customer engagement, and address any challenges in remote patient care
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics of the audiology hub
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise efficiency and outcomes.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1–4 years of relevant audiology experience
• Prior experience in tele-audiology or remote patient handling is preferred
• Master’s degree or higher in Audiology
• Multilingual proficiency
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems
• Familiarity with fitting software.
