Job Description

This is a permanent role with one of the product startup - A valued client of Hiringeye.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications (classification, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, etc.).
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Deploy models to production environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, or similar.
• Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to maintain accuracy, fairness, and performance over time.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement best practices for model explainability, reproducibility, testing, and documentation.
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and LLM technologies.
  
  

• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, data preprocessing, and statistical methods.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and production-level code deployment.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline frameworks.
