This is a Permanent role with a Valued Clients of Hashone Careers

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who has already built real-world, production-grade systems—not just prototypes. Someone who is comfortable taking a product requirement and independently delivering clean, scalable, and reliable backend and full-stack solutions.

You should already be fluent in system design and understand what it takes to build infrastructure that performs reliably at scale.

What We Need

We need someone whos already lived this life. Someone whos built systems that real applications depend on. Someone who can sit with a product requirement at 2pm and walkaway at 6pm with endpoints that work beautifully.

You dont need to be taught how to design a schema. You dont need to learn what an LLM API costs at scale.

You dont need to "grow into" system architecture. You already know these things so deeply that you can focus on the only thing that actually matters: building infrastructure that just works.

Technical Skills

• JavaScript/TypeScript & NodeJS flows through your fingers like a native language
• Next.js is your framework of choice for building full-stack magic
• Rust makes your heart sing when performance is non-negotiable
• Golang/Python feel like comfortable old friends (nice to have)
• MySQL/Postgres/Redis are tools you wield with intention
• AWS ecosystem is your playground, not your puzzle
• LLM/AI integration is something youve actually shipped, not just read about
