Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for proficiently designing and developing complex software components and applying extensive technical knowledge to independently create solutions of significant complexity. The role engages in development of standards, documents, and templates to ensure conformance and consistency across all deliverables. The role also contributes to complex projects while fostering collaboration and mentoring lower-level employees.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates proficiency in designing units to implement and successfully completes complex component development.
  • Represents the team when interacting with clients, showcasing technical leadership, and extending influence beyond the immediate team.
  • Applies extensive technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas, such as web-site development.
  • Applies organizational and third-party technologies to create complex software solutions, independently implementing end-user or enterprise solutions of significant complexity.
  • Integrates technical expertise and business acumen to craft exceptional client solution, while also consulting with team members, other organizations, clients, and vendors on complex issues, thereby fostering effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Designs, develops, modifies, rigorously tests, and deploys database objects, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Develops comprehensive standards, style documents, and templates to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience.
  • Defines the scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies
  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, integrated development environment, or a related field.
