Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile AI Engineer with strong Python skills and a problem-solving mindset. The role involves building end-to-end applied AI/ML solutions — from data pipelines to agentic workflows to deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and mentor junior team members while shaping the company’s technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern ML/data science libraries.
• Work with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows to build intelligent systems.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and integrate with databases and vector databases.
• Prototype quickly and transition solutions from experimentation to production.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and solutions.
• Mentor interns and junior engineers to build a strong learning-oriented tech culture.
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Strong command of Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Experience with databases, vector DBs, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and best coding practices.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced product or startup environment is a plus.
