Role reports to: Manager, Digital Solutions

Location: Bengaluru, IN

What You Will Do

We are seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Azure data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful business insights and BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database) for seamless data integration and flow.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data models to support robust analytics.
• Write advanced DAX and SQL queries for data transformation, extraction, and reporting needs.
• Analyze business data using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
• Provide meaningful business insights to support strategic decision-making across teams.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI and BI ecosystem solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with broader data and digital platforms.
• Support BI best practices, governance, and documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
• Hands-on expertise with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, Power Query).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL).
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts, processes, and data workflows.
• Proficiency in DAX and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience in CPG domain.
• Exposure to additional BI tools.
