Job Description

As a Tour Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in the seamless execution and coordination of our tour packages. You will be the primary point of contact ensuring that all logistical aspects of the tours are meticulously planned and executed, providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your role will involve liaising with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for travel and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with travel agents and tour operators to organize seamless travel experiences.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Plan, organize and oversee all logistics related to travel itineraries and schedules.
  • Develop comprehensive tour programs with attention to client preferences and budgets.
  • Monitor the quality and performance of all travel services and tour products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote upcoming and existing tour packages.
  • Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on tour performance and customer feedback for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party travel vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in developing strategic partnerships with various travel agencies and organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new and innovative tour offerings and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tour operations or a similar travel-related role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail for planning tours.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several tours and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with travel software and tools such as GDS or booking platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle flexible and dynamic schedules.
