Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through tailored sales strategies.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential new customers in the territory.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and sales records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase market presence.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff in effective sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
