Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, tasked with driving revenue growth through direct telephonic contact with potential and existing customers. Your primary role will involve reaching out to candidates, offering our range of products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone. You must have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and possess the ability to build a rapport quickly with clients. Working closely with the sales manager and other team members, you will contribute to the creation of innovative sales strategies and be key in identifying and acting on new sales opportunities. Achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your role.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Listen to customer needs and present fitting solutions to boost sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insight and strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive team performance and sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer needs and the market situation.
  • Generate interest and produce qualified leads for the team to follow up on.
  • Adopt best practices in telesales and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with an engaging phone presence.
  • Strong persuasive communication abilities to handle customer negotiations and objections.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance goals.
  • Aptitude for learning about new products and understanding customer needs for targeted sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in sales being advantageous.
