Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill workforce needs and priorities.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent to the organization.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring an equitable and competitive package for hires.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process to build a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is necessary.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment.
