Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and position specifications.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Maintain a talent pipeline by continuously networking and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
• Oversee the interview process and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations that impact recruitment and hiring practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and other recruitment sources.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in HR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
