The Strategic Key Account Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, tasked with fostering and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key account clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic account plans.
  • Lead negotiations to secure long-term agreements with key accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and business performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align on goals and deliverables for key accounts.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.
  • Resolve any client issues effectively and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to expand the company's market presence through key accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a strategic role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns promptly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
