Software Tester – Selenium 18N25

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester with expertise in Selenium to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and software specifications.
• Identify, document, and report software defects to the development team for resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as expected.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform manual testing for exploratory and usability assessment as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and functionality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices in software testing.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improved software design and user experience.
• Train and mentor junior testers in Selenium practices and methodologies.
• Continuously update testing skills and knowledge of automated testing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing with a strong focus on Selenium automation.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with continuous integration and testing tools like Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
