Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand project requirements.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Verify and validate bug fixes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regression testing to confirm resolution of previous issues.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess software stability under stress.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide testability insights.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results.
• Develop automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Continuously enhance testing processes to improve software quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in using bug tracking and test management software tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
