Job Description

The SEO Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within our marketing team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s overall SEO strategy. This role requires an analytical and strategic thinker who can leverage SEO techniques to enhance our online visibility, increase traffic, and ultimately drive sales and growth. The SEO Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with content creators, web developers, and social media specialists to ensure that our SEO initiatives are well-integrated and effective. The ideal candidate is both a creative and analytical mastermind who can turn innovative ideas into measurable results. A thorough understanding of current SEO trends, industry best practices, and analytic tools is crucial for measuring progress and making informed decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creators and optimize existing content.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and activities.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators and market trends regularly.
  • Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Identify and resolve SEO issues on websites and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with SEO, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company websites and web properties.
  • Develop and build relationships with key industry influencers and leaders.
  • Ensure all SEO processes and strategies comply with the latest search engine guidelines.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize content partnerships and external link-building strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in SEO and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and improving website rankings.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
