Job Description

The Account Executive for the Education Sector is a dynamic role that blends relationship management and strategic thinking to drive sales and foster partnerships with educational institutions. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the education sector, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions to address those needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education sector.
  • Identify educational institutions' needs and recommend appropriate solutions to address those needs.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on new products and services.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the company and its offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape and current educational technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
