Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js for high-traffic web applications.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use and efficiency.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user interface components with APIs and databases.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software solutions as they arise and address issues proactively.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, providing feedback when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies applicable to front-end development.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality across the team and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a React Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles and life cycles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or Flux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and gathering web services knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
