Job Description

The Senior Marketing Officer is a vital role within our organization, tasked with overseeing and guiding all marketing-related activities, strategies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Working closely with the marketing team, the Senior Marketing Officer will handle all line marketing activities, ensuring goals are met while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive marketing effort that aligns with the company's objectives and enhances brand visibility and awareness. The Senior Marketing Officer should be innovative, strategic, and adept at evaluating and rectifying marketing strategies to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy in line with company goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and new markets.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to design and execute engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Oversee and approve all marketing content before it is published or aired.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand industry dynamics and competitor actions.
  • Utilize digital and social media platforms to maximize brand exposure.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities to identify new marketing strategies.
  • Create and deliver presentations to the board and executives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies successfully.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending effectiveness.
