The Senior Manager – Performance Marketing is a pivotal role within our marketing department, designed to drive the company's strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition. This position involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and display advertising. As a Senior Manager, you will also lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of PPC campaigns on various platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging and effective advertising materials.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
