We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that enhance our brand image and engage our target audience. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
• Develop and design visual content for digital platforms, staying consistent with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing materials and promotional assets.
• Work closely with art directors and other designers to maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Create compelling and visually appealing layouts for both print and digital media.
• Continuously research new design trends and incorporate them into our designs.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Review final graphic designs for errors and ensure their technical accuracy before publication.
• Ensure all visual materials align with company guidelines and uphold brand integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to execute design projects successfully.
• Maintain a well-organized digital library of completed projects and design assets.
• Adapt designs to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas clearly.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
