The Senior Brand Manager plays a critical role in shaping the perception and market presence of a company's products or services. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand principles are maintained.
  • Create and manage budgets for brand marketing and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the development of all brand communications, including digital content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through KPIs and other metrics.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure brand strategies align with sales objectives.
  • Build relationships with key partners to leverage co-branding opportunities.
  • Mentor junior brand managers and other marketing team members.
  • Report on brand performance to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successful brand development and marketing execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using market research tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for various audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
