  • Train and mentor junior account executives to atain team objectives.
  • Participate in networking events to increase market presence and gain new contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve goals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial.
