Job Description

The Sales Trainer is a vital role in driving the success of the sales team within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Create training manuals, guides, and other supporting material to aid learning.
  • Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness with evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure knowledge retention and application.
  • Utilize performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities for team members.
  • Support new hire onboarding by providing foundational sales training programs.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the sales team.
  • Manage and update the training curriculum regularly to keep it relevant and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Training, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or a similar sales training role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to design effective training programs and materials.
  • Proficiency with training tools and technology, including virtual training platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Experience in assessing the performance and development needs of sales teams.
  • Familiarity with coaching methodologies and performance management frameworks.
