Job Description

As a Sales Trainer, you will be at the helm of enhancing the sales team's skills and knowledge in order to drive performance and success. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for sales team members.

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to determine training needs and schedules.
  • Use diverse tools and technology to ensure engaging and effective training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, such as manuals and e-learning resources, to support training initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach individual sales team members for performance enhancement.
  • Onboard new sales team hires with comprehensive introductory training sessions.
  • Monitor sales industry trends to keep training programs relevant and up-to-date.
  • Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to integrate cross-functional training when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and training within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for varied learning audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and performance metrics analysis.
