Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining robust client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and create pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and networks.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve campaigns and strategies.
  • Have detailed knowledge of the company’s product line and services.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to senior management.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to close sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
