Job Description

The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of a company’s sales operations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet sales objectives, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to position products effectively. You will manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure highest performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant position successfully handling sales teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence customers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
