We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for our Automobile division, identified as job code 07A26. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the senior management. Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and create a sales strategy to target potential clients.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product specifications to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business opportunities.
  • Organize and present proposals to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide consistent communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Regularly update sales forecast to reflect the status of customer accounts accurately.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales with effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, including activities, closings, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and aim to exceed set sales targets each month and quarter.
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay updated on market trends.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide solutions as part of customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automobile industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics within the industry.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in handling CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships efficiently.
