As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our products and services. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to identify their needs, tailor solutions, and maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and effectively close sales deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Meet and exceed designated sales targets and performance metrics regularly.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to expand professional networks.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client insights.
  • Offer input on product development based on client feedback and market observations.
  • Deliver superior customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously upgrade sales capability through training and self-development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and analyze market and competitor activities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
