Job Description

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the operations of our sales department. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. Your primary aim is to improve the sales team’s productivity and effectiveness through effective coordination and communication. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks within the sales department, ensuring that the sales team has all the resources and support they need to exceed their goals. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-focused approach are critical in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively and that customer expectations are met with the utmost professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Support sales team in developing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and training sessions for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop materials for sales presentations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes within the sales department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Co-ordinator or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
