Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
