Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing team in executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will assist with market research, campaign development, and coordination of marketing activities. Your role will include interacting with clients, supporting sales initiatives, and evaluating campaign performance. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and partners to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports to provide updates on key performance indicators.
  • Support the creation of online content including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing assistant role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Keen attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing channels.
