Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by managing administrative tasks, conducting market research, and assisting with customer inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Track and report competitors' strategies and activities impacting company goals.
  • Update and maintain the company’s CRM database regularly with accurate information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Analytical mind with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
