Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans and strategies.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports to track and analyze sales and marketing metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Support the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Help manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and website updates.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication between the sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Provide customer support and follow-up communications for sales inquiries and issues.
  • Compile and analyze data from sales and marketing campaigns to assess success.
  • Collaborate with managers to draft presentations and pitches for potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing-related roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
