Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that drive sales growth. You will serve as the face of our company, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment they engage with us. As a pivotal part of our sales team, your ability to build and maintain relationships, coupled with your adeptness in closing sales, will be key to your success. Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new sales leads.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services offered.
  • Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to assess needs.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance about products to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Assist in devising and implementing company sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales data is recorded.
  • Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and achieve sales excellence.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities for sales growth.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Report daily sales activities and updates to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with further education being beneficial.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
