  • Participate in sales training sessions and upskill regularly to enhance sales proficiency.
  • Track and report sales data, trends, and forecasts to management accurately and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive loyalty.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, feedback, and market trends.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in sales interactions.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
