Responsibilities

• Research and incorporate new trends in visual merchandising and design.
• Communicate effectively with store managers to ensure successful VM execution.
• Initiate and coordinate visual merchandising adjustments during product launches.
• Perform regular store visits to assess compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry.
• Strong artistic and creative skills, with an eye for detail and design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Proficiency in visual design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
