  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to field customer inquiries effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints graciously and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, and follow opening and closing procedures diligently.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Support the store management in any inventory control processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer care and increase sales.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in dealing with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with POS systems.
