Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships for our retail business. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions that enhance their shopping experience. You will work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide detailed information about product offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to maximize customer engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to support and achieve overall store objectives.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Track customer preferences and provide personalized service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
  • Maintain inventory levels and complete stock inventory counts regularly.
  • Generate sales reports and analyses for managerial review and action plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet retail demands.
