Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Ensure the store's presentation is visually appealing and stock is replenished.
• Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute in-store promotions.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, and maintain the accuracy of the cash desk.
• Contribute to sales strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track and report daily sales and customer feedback to management regularly.
• Develop a thorough understanding of competitor stores and market trends.
• Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements
