Responsibilities

• Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure prompt delivery of meals.
• Ensure dining tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables courteously and professionally.
• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and graciously.
• Provide assistance and suggestions on menu items to enhance experience.
• Upsell additional menu items, products, or specials to increase sales.
• Monitor tables and promptly clear used dishes and utensils.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow staff, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
