Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and proactive Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong connections with clients and maintaining a high standard of customer service. As a Relationship Officer, you will handle client portfolios, ensure the resolution of any issues along with providing necessary feedback to improve our processes, and ultimately, enhance client satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for customer queries, requiring excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between our company and the clients. Through relationship-building and customer service excellence, you will play a significant role in increasing customer retention rates and contributing to our company's success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Act as a dedicated contact point for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Identify client needs and work collaboratively to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
  • Gather client feedback to enhance current service offerings and address any gaps.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Prepare and provide reports on client activity, including potential issues and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention rates effectively.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting client events, webinars, and workshops as required.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in company databases.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client-relationship management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
  • Highly organized with a focus on detail and ability to keep accurate records.
