Job Description

The Relationship Officer role is pivotal for fostering and sustaining positive associations with our clients and stakeholders. As a key point of contact, the officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving retention strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing or relationship management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Adept at building rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable reports for management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with the industry or sector the company operates in is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
