Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care through clinical expertise and compassionate care coordination. You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. With your thorough understanding of healthcare practices and patient care standards, you will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and documented.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
  • Educate patients and families about their treatments, medications, and ongoing care.
  • Document patient data accurately within electronic medical records systems daily.
  • Maintain treatment areas in accordance with infection control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality and safety.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and emergency situations with decisive action quickly.
  • Supervise and support student nurses and new nursing staff through mentorship.
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning and follow-up care requirements effectively.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing from accredited school.
  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse in good standing, without any restrictions.
  • Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
