Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status and document progress accurately.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans.
• Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to assigned patients.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the unit.
• Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions.
• Participate in continuous education and training sessions to update nursing expertise.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care activities.
• Ensure that clinical equipment is maintained, functional, and available for immediate use.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.

Requirements

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in the respective state or region.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress healthcare environment.
