We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Key Accounts Manager to oversee and drive sales growth within a specified region. As a Regional Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and optimizing our sales strategies to meet the evolving needs of key customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be adept at strategic planning, and have a proven track record in sales and account management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional key account sales targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and increased revenue.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings through effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activities within the region.
  • Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key account clients.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to improve processes and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on regional performance to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior account managers to enhance team performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to promote services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in key account management or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-value accounts in a regional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required to meet with clients.
