Job Description

As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will spearhead the efforts to lead and manage a dynamic team of real estate professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients and achieving the team's sales targets. This senior role involves not only managing team operations but also actively engaging in client interactions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and sales management tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
