Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with property-related legal documentation and ensure accurate processing.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase property value and attract prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers ensuring clear communication and resolution of queries.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards in all transactions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the real estate team and department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals successfully.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
