Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures across all departments.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide solutions.
• Analyze quality control data and provide detailed reports to management.
• Train and supervise quality assurance staff on quality control methodologies.
• Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to specifications.
• Document and investigate quality-related incidents to identify root causes and solutions.
• Review and update quality control manuals to reflect the latest industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance and compliance with contracts.
• Manage corrective action plans to address quality deficiencies and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all quality documentation.
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare the organization for external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in quality control management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in quality management.
• Proficient in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification such as Six Sigma or Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
