The role of a QC Engineer specializing in Painting & Coating is integral to ensuring the quality and durability of paints and coatings in various industrial applications. Responsibilities

• Verify all equipment and tools are calibrated and functioning effectively before use.
• Train and mentor junior quality control staff in testing and inspection procedures.
• Stay informed regarding new technologies and advancements in paint and coating solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international and local industry standards for painting and coatings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure acquisition of quality materials and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality control role within paint or coating industry.
• Familiarity with painting and coating industry standards and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in quality assurance contexts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Certifications related to quality control or painting and coating technology are advantageous.
